Tencent has launched a new trailer with gameplay by Light of Motiram, a game that until now has stood out for offering a proposal that seems very similar to that of the Horizon Saga of PlayStation Studios. One of the big differences between both products is that this title developed by Polaris Quest will be available under the model free-to-play. Its launch is scheduled for this year in PlayStation 5, PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), iOS and Android.

The Light of Motiram trailer shows us Outcast Forest, a forest where the Dariman tribe exiles its convicts. The footage not only invites us to discover this area that is part of a world dominated by nature where humans fight to survive while trying to rebuild a civilization from a new primitive era, but also see combat, exploration and puzzle. As in Horizon, in Light of Motiram who dominates the earth is animals shaped machines. There are all kinds and condition, including large bosses.

In addition to a combat system with skills, different weapons and systems to dodge, block and counterattack, Light of Motiram has exploration and puzzle phases. The players will also have the opportunity to tame and train mechanimals, each with their unique and potential growth skills, so that they fight at their side. There is even the option of putting directly on your metal skin. Beyond combat, mechanimals are useful in production tasks because there is also a construction system. In this sense, it seems that inspiration comes from Palworld.

Regarding construction, Light of Motiram promises to offer a free and physics -based system where all elements are subject to real physical forces. To survive it will also be necessary to find materials and food, tasks in which the more than 100 mechanics that can be customized can help. All activities proposed by the game can be completed alone or in a cooperative mode in a game experience without interruptions.
