Split Fiction follows Mio and Zoe's story, two very different characters that initially do not get along. Mine is a science fiction author, while Zoe is a fantasy writer. However, when they are transported to the multiple worlds that they have created, both will be forced to accept their differences and work together to get ahead. During their trip full of turns, Mio and Zoe will find strange situations as a result of their own imagination and will become the only hope of the other.
In addition to showing the story of Mio and Zoe, the new Split Fiction trailer reveals more details about the origins of both characters and the path they will live in the different worlds they will visit during their adventure.
Beyond the main campaign that explains the story of Mio and Zoe, Split Fiction has sub -translations, a feature that within the game will be shown through portals that seem out of place. In case of crossing them, players will be transported to very different worlds and optional locations. These anomalies occur because Mio and Zoe are trapped in the same simulation, and the portals are the attempts of the simulation of stealing the unfinished ideas and stories that the two protagonists wrote when they were younger.
