The same week in which Microsoft had to come out to deny rumors that questioned its commitment to the next generation of Xbox, Sony has published a video in which Mark Cerny, PlayStation architect, talks with an AMD executive about the technologies they are developing for the GPU of the next PlayStation. For its part, Nintendo has not talked about hardware or software. Instead, he has shown us an animated short to introduce Nintendo Pictures, which according to the company «will continue to explore new creative possibilities through videos.»

In recent days, titles such as Battlefield 6, Absolum, Little Nightmares III, 2XKO and Yooka-Replaylee have landed on store shelves. On October 23 it will be the turn of PowerWash Simulator 2. On the other hand, Microsoft has reminded us that a new wave of titles will soon arrive on Game Pass led by Ninja Gaiden 4, Keeper and Ball x Pit. In addition, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle already has an update that adds the New Game+ mode, Cities: Skylines II will receive the Bridges & Ports expansion on October 29, and Assassin's Creed Mirage will add a new narrative arc on November 18.

In technology, OpenAI has once again shaken up the semiconductor sector by signing an agreement with AMD. Not only will it buy chips from you, but it reserves the right to acquire up to 10% of the company. For its part, Qualcomm has acquired Arduino, an open source electronics platform that in principle will continue to operate independently. Continuing with hardware news, Intel has presented Panther Lake, the first processor manufactured in 18A.
