The news of the week, of the month and one of the year has been the presentation of Nintendo Switch 2. The launch of the new console was brief, but enough to know its appearance, reveal the new possibilities of the Joy-Con and show what appears to be the new installment of Mario Kart. Furthermore, now that Nintendo Switch 2 is official, all developers can safely say that their game will be available on the new console. To have more details about Nintendo Switch 2 we will have to wait until April 2.

Another of the topics of the week has been the cancellation of two games as a service, including one of God of War, by PlayStation Studios and the possibility of Tencent and the Guillemot family transferring Ubisoft's assets to a new company. We have also celebrated the arrival in stores of several games such as Tales of Graces f Remastered, Dynasty Warriors: Origins, Assetto Corsa EVO (early access) and Hyper Light Breaker (early access). Additionally, a trailer has shown Mai Shiranui sporting ninjutsu in Street Fighter 6.

In technology, we have talked about the possibility that Qualcomm is working on ARM processors for servers and echoed Valve's words about SteamOS, which according to the company does not seek to distance users from Windows. Finally, we have 170 million Americans pending the fate of TikTok after the Supreme Court has endorsed the law that can ban the social network on January 19.
