On Xbox, the news involves the abandonment of Copilot on console. Valve, another hardware manufacturer, has put the Steam Controller on sale and after running out of stock in a couple of hours has decided to open a reservation system. On the software side, we’ve welcomed Dead as Disco and Mixtape, echoed the announcement of Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Rageborn, Dracula: The Disciple and Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, and revealed the release date for Mina the Hollower (May 29). We also celebrated the sales of Pragmata (2 million) and Control (6 million) and attended the presentation of Stranger Than Heaven, the new game from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio (Yakuza).
One of the surprises of the week has come from GameStop, which wants to buy eBay for 56 billion dollars. For $1 billion less, Electronic Arts could win. There is also talk of money at Apple, which has reached an agreement for Intel to manufacture some of its chips. Finally, Anbernic has shown a portable console called RG Rotate, which stands out for its opening mechanism that, instead of using a hinge, uses a rotation system.
