The Game Developers Conference 2026 has given us news about Project Helix, the new generation of Xbox that will use FSR with frame generation and will unite the Xbox catalog with the PC catalog. Windows 11 will also be part of the equation as demonstrated by the upcoming launch of Xbox Mode. On the other hand, we have learned the performance specifications of Crimson Desert, confirmed that Resident Evil Requiem will expand its story with an expansion and explained that PEGI will expand its age rating criteria to take into account elements such as loot boxes and battle passes.

This week saw several releases, including Monster Hunter Stories 3, Solasta 2, GreedFall: The Dying World, Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake, WWE 2K26, and John Carpenter's Toxic Commando. In technology we have the presentation of the new Core Ultra 270K Plus and Core Ultra 250K Plus processors from Intel, Nvidia has announced that on March 31 DLSS 4.5 will add dynamic multi-frame generation and the Multi Frame Generation 6X mode, while Meta has announced the purchase of Moltbook, the social network of AI agents. In the internet section, the debate is served with the presentation of HODIO, a tool with which the government wants to monitor hatred and polarization on social networks.
