Sagat was the first Final Head of Street Fighter, so it is an entire institution in the fighting games saga. This is a tremendously high character, measures 226 cm and weighs 138 kg, which stands out for offering a set of movements inspired by Muay Thai, a martial art and combat sport from Thailand that combines uppercutsknee, kicks, grips and in the case of Sagat Fire balls. This iconic fighter will arrive accompanied by a new scenario called Proud Spire, which stands out for having the background an immense Buddha figure that reminds us of the environment where his fight in Street Fighter II took place.
Like the other additional characters, Sagat is presented with two attire. The first shows its new look With a dark theme inspired by Muay Thai, while the second pays a tribute to his appearance in Street Fighter II where he wore short pants and bandages in his hands and feet, a very common aspect in the practitioners of Thai boxing. The second Sagat outfit can be achieved in World Tour or buying it with Fighter Coins.
Sagat is a Muay Thai fighter whose movements focus on throwing overwhelming blows that take advantage of their great physical size, a corpulence that also allows him to maintain distances with his rivals. One of Sagat's new movements is the Tiger Nexus, a special maneuver through which he hits his rival with a knee and can continue with three different kicks (Mighty Tiger, Greedy Tiger or Nova Tiger). In its arsenal we also have fireballs, powerful kicks or anti -aircraft attacks. Although he does not renounce punching, kicks and knee are the basis of Sagat's gameplay.
Street Fighter 6 adds more than 5 million units sold and is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC (Steam).
