Elena, a fighter who first appeared in Street Fighter III: New Generation, returns to the saga using her characteristic struggle that includes movements inspired by the Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art form that combines dance, music and acrobatics, but with modern elements and adapted to the mechanics of Street Fighter 6. Despite the changes that she has had over the years, it has had over the years. Young Warrior continues to stand out for unpredictable movements and a set of techniques that take advantage of their long legs, while their outfit continues to be a minimalist. The base suit is new, but one of the alternatives is the same with which he debuted in the Arcades in 1997.
As can be seen in the trailer with gameplay That accompanies the news, Elena will arrive in Street Fighter 6 with her own stage, Reniala Remains, a location in the African plains bathed by the moon reflex. Like the rest of the characters, Elena will be available in the three game modes (World Tour, Fighting Ground and Battle Hub).
As usual, Capcom will take advantage of Elena's launch to distribute an update with settings for the 25 characters already available. The details will be known later. Both Elena and the patch will arrive on June 5, and that same day Street Fighter 6 will go on sale for Nintendo Switch 2 with an edition that includes all the characters and scenarios released during season 1 and 2. This same edition can also be purchased on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC through Steam.
