The AdHoc Studio development team founded by former members of Telltale Games has started the year celebrating the success of Dispatch, which has exceeded 3 million units sold since its launch in October 2025. The studio has also shared some data about the title, but for now it does not give any information about the possibility that a version for Xbox Series is on the way or if a second season is planned.

Dispatch went on sale on October 22, 2025 for PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam, and in ten days it managed to sell one million units. At that time the title had not yet completed its first season, but it was already considered one of the best-rated narrative games by both the press and players. The final episodes that marked the outcome of the story arrived on November 12. During all this time the title has continued to transfer copies at a good rate until reaching 3 million.

Additionally, Dispatch has registered 220,000 concurrent players on Steam. This is a notable figure for a single-player narrative game that since its launch released the eight episodes that make up its plot over four weeks. A few days ago Valve discovered Steam's best-selling games in 2025 and Dispatch is in the silver category, the same as Civilization VII, Stellar Blade, Hollow Knight: Silksong or Assassin's Creed Shadows.

Regarding Dispatch data provided by AdHoc Studio, they reveal that players have responded to 727 million calls and dispatched more than 1 billion heroes. We also know that 164,000 players have completed the game without any type of romance, while almost 2 million have established a relationship with Invisigal and one million have done the same with Blazer.

On January 28, Dispatch will be available for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 through the eShop in exchange for 28.99 euros. It is very possible that the arrival of the game on these two platforms will cause a significant rebound in sales. The Switch version runs at 720p and 30 FPS, while the Switch 2 version has improved performance up to 60 FPS and 1440p. There will be a free update on Switch 2 for anyone who owns the Switch version. For now there is no news about a version for Xbox Series.
