Starting January 6, PlayStation Plus members will be able to claim Need for Speed Unbound (PS5), Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed (PS4/PS5), and Core Keeper (PS4/PS5). Until January 5, it is still possible to add the December games (Lego Horizon Adventures, Killing Floor 3, The Outlast Trials, Synduality Echo of Ada and Neon White) to the library. Subscribers to the service should remember that starting this year, 2026, PS4 titles will no longer be an advantage and will only be offered occasionally as part of the monthly PS Plus games and the game catalog.

Developed by Criterion Games, Need for Speed Unbound transports players to the streets of Lakeshore with the goal of reaching the Grand, a street racing challenge. This journey is full of police chases and races against other drivers. In addition to driving, you have to bet to get money and thus participate in the weekly qualifiers that allow you to be part of the Grand. One of the main characteristics of this installment of Need for Speed is a visual style, which combines urban art with realistic cars and the history of the franchise.

Although the reception of Need for Speed Unbound was not entirely enthusiastic, the title enjoyed two years of support with updates and content. As of today, the Need for Speed saga has been put on hold (but not abandoned) while Criterion Games works on Battlefield 6.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed es un remake from Epic Mickey, a 3D platform game developed by Junction Point Studios under the direction of Warren Spector (Deus Ex, System Shock). In this title Mickey Mouse travels through a kingdom full of forgotten Disney characters with the mission of restoring beauty and harmony with paint or using solvent to alter the environment. In addition to renewed graphics, the remake features improved controls, while Mickey has new movement abilities.

Finally we have Core Keeper, sandbox which arrived on consoles in August of last year, just the same day it left early access on Steam with update 1.0. This is a mining adventure for up to eight players where you have to collect relics and resources, make tools, improve skills, defeat enemies and build a base as you explore a constantly evolving world.
