As we know, Terminator 2D: No Fate is a game that narratively mixes classic Terminator 2 scenes: The final judgment with original stories, which allows you to have wide sleeve when using characters and temporal lines. In this campaign the players will put themselves in the skin of Sarah Connor, their son John and the T-800, along 15 levels that include known places of James Cameron's film such as the Corral Motor Springs, the smelting or the psychiatric hospital where Sarah is located. Nor is the well-known scene missing in which the T-1000 chases John and the T-800 in a truck.
The campaign not only proposes known scenarios, but also travels to the future to see John Connor as a resistance leader.
As we can see in the trailer, Terminator 2D: No Fate proposes direct action and also presents small strategic elements such as the use of environmental coverage, which may appear in both normal scenarios and in the clashes against bosses. Also, enemies can be used as coverage. In addition, the game encourages resources and explore levels in search of hidden elements, control points and weapons. As in the Arcades, the game will evaluate the player's performance at each level depending on a series of factors and will give it a score accompanied by a range.
For those who want to customize their experience there is the option to assign controls, use a CRT filter and choose between four difficulties: Easy Money, no problem, until sight and Judgment Day. Once the story is completed, additional ways can be unblocking, including a Rush Boss to face the bosses one after another, an infinite way where the waves of enemies do not stop appearing and Mother of the Future, an option aimed at speedrunners. In addition, there is a Level Training mode to repeat the levels and find the best way to obtain the greatest possible score.
