Marathon will go on sale on all three platforms in a standard edition (39.99 euros), Deluxe (59.99 euros) and Collector's edition (199.99 euros). The standard edition includes access to all in-game updates (maps, runner shells, events…) as the year progresses and Destiny 2 rewards linked to your Bungie.net account. The pre-order is rewarded with cosmetic items for Marathon. The Deluxe Edition adds a Premium Rewards Pass coupon, 200 SILK to unlock items in the Rewards Pass, two weapon cosmetics, and four runner frame cosmetics.
The Marathon collector's edition costs 199.99 euros and includes the following content:

- 1/6 Scale Robbery Frame Statue with LED Lights

- Six postcards with illustrations

Additionally, Bungie has revealed the existence of a limited edition Marathon DualSense wireless controller, which will be available for 84.99 euros starting March 5. The reservation period will begin on January 29. The development team says the peripheral «has a bold design and fragmented shapes inspired by the futuristic world of Marathon.» The Hyperpop Collection also goes on sale in March, which includes DualSense controllers and PS5 covers in neon tones (Techno Red, Remix Green and Rhythm Blue).
